Rockville, Md.— TLC—The Treatment and Learning Centers is pleased to announce new Board of Trustees member Michael R. Cogan, Attorney with Rubenstein and Cogan, an Association of Professional Corporations located in Gaithersburg.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Cogan earned a B.S. from University of Maryland and attended The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. He is a member of the bar for Court of Appeals of Maryland; U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland; Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia; U.S. Court of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law Federal Claims. Cogan practices all aspects of Commercial Landlord/Tenant Litigation.
TLC’s Executive Director Patricia Ritter states, “Mike has been vital working with TLC’s Facilities Planning Taskforce. We value his knowledge and willingness to share it with enthusiasm on the Board.”
Cogan lives in Montgomery County with his wife and two children.
