Funding

Funding for TLC Outcomes Service is received from the following sources:

• Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) encourages and assists people with developmental disabilities to lead full lives in the communities of their choice where they are included, participate, and are active citizens.

• The Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) offers programs and services that help people with disabilities go to work.

• Private pay and partnerships.
