Lauren is a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) holding clinical licenses in both Illinois and Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in 2019 and her master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2020. Her dedication to her profession extends beyond her clinical expertise, as she finds genuine joy in connecting with her clients, empowering them to reach their goals, celebrating their achievements, and supporting them during challenging times.

Lauren is a dedicated professional with a diverse background, demonstrating a strong commitment to inclusivity and equity. Her extensive experience spans across individuals of all ages, abilities, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Currently, she serves as a school social worker at TLC’s Katherine Thomas School, where her support greatly benefits students facing a wide array of disabilities. Lauren’s expertise extends to various concerns and therapeutic modalities, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, child development, cognitive behavioral therapy, coping skills, depression, developmental delays, emotional disabilities, mindfulness, mood disorders, problem-solving, and trauma. Her unwavering work ethic and innate drive to promote the welfare of all individuals make her an indispensable asset in her field.

Lauren relocated from Chicago, Illinois, to Rockville, Maryland, in 2023, embracing a lifelong journey of learning, meeting new people, and embracing unique experiences.
