The coach-student relationship is a partnership. Together, the coach and student establish specific goals and objectives. Sessions are solution and action-oriented and focused on developing strategies for success. Coaches provide support, encouragement, and structure with an emphasis on accountability throughout the process.
We serve children, teens, and young adults with symptoms of ADD or ADHD and/or who have weak skills related to organization, time management, planning, and completion of projects. These individuals can all benefit from organizational coaching.
