Andrea Theis is a compassionate therapist who provides individual therapy for children, teens, and adults. She has experience working with adolescents and young adults facing challenges including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and self-harm, as well as supporting young children in a nursery school setting through play-based, relationship-centered approaches.
Andrea incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experiential, play-based techniques in her work with children. As an IFS Institute Level 1 trained therapist, she uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help teens and adults better understand themselves, reduce self-criticism, and address the underlying experiences contributing to anxiety, depression, and other challenges.
Andrea believes lasting change happens when people feel seen, heard, and valued. She helps clients build self-understanding, self-compassion, emotional balance, and resilience, empowering them to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
