Designed for young children with speech-language and/or occupational therapy needs. Although chronological age is used as a guideline, we also consider the developmental age and needs of the child when determining program placement.

Our Summer Programs

Little Friends Program
(Ages 3 – 5)
M-F, 9:00AM – 12:00PM, 12:30PM – 3:30PM
Location: TLC Outpatient Office, 1390 Piccard Dr, Suite 210 Rockville, MD 20850

The focus is on building communication and social-pragmatic language skills as well as addressing areas of sensory processing and motor planning, through interactive summer themes, active play and use of our three sensory gyms. Groups are led each day by BOTH a Speech-Language Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist.

Friends Together Program
(Ages 5 – 7)
M-F, 9:00AM – 12:00PM, 12:30PM – 3:30PM

Friends Interaction Group
(Ages 2.5 – 5)

In this multidisciplinary approach, children will work with two professional staff, which may include Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and/or Counselors to improve your child’s communication, sensory motor, and peer play skills.
