Speech-Language Pathologist

Ariel is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Her areas of interest include working with families and care teams to provide culturally responsive care. Ariel is certified in Hanen More Than Words parent coaching, Sequential Oral-Sensory Approach to feeding (SOS), and Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) therapy for speech production disorders. Ariel has also completed training in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, and gestalt language processing with the Natural Language Acquisition framework.
