Erynne Dixon, LGPC

Erynne earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University. She is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland who has experience working with neurodiverse clients across the life span, including individuals with ADHD and Autism. Erynne also has experience supporting clients managing Anxiety and Depression. She uses an integrative, person-centered lens for her counseling practice, one that emphasizes cultural humility and the therapeutic relationship in supporting clients toward their ultimate goals. Sessions with Erynne offer a holistic approach to exploring client presentation by looking at the influence of thoughts, feelings, belief patterns, experiences, and worldviews on client impairment to create new thinking patterns and coping strategies. Erynne aims to empower every client that walks through her door to create the change they hope to see in their life through individual, group, family, and community action.
